Wendy Wilson, owner of Avalon Glassworks, has been working in stained glass for 16 years, moving her studio in Alameda to Albany in 2004. Her new work ranges from period designs to modern abstracts.

The process begins with an on-site visit and an in-depth discussion with clients on how they envision their new window. Design sketches are done and presented to the client for review. After selecting the final design, the client then selects the glass and colors. Approval of glass is given before the cutting begins. After cutting is completed final approval is given before construction begins.
